How to Transfer Photos From Phone to PC


Method 1 : Transfer via USB data cable
  1. Connect one end of your USB data cable to your phone and the other end to your PC.
  2. On some phones, you will be prompted for an action to be performed on your phone. Choose 'Mass storage' from your phone. Else proceed to Step 3.
  3. Go to "My Computer" and you will see a new disk drive (most probably with a label of 'Removable drive' or 'Memory card').
  4. Double click on this new drive and navigate to the 'Pictures' folder.
  5. Copy the picture and paste it in your desired location on your computer.
Method 2 : Transfer it Via a Memory Card Reader
  1. Remove the memory card of your phone.
  2. Insert it into a memory card reader.
  3. Connect the memory card reader to your PC.
  4. Navigate to "My Computer".
  5. You will see your memory card as a 'Removable disk' or as the name of your memory card.
  6. Double click on this new drive and navigate to the 'Pictures' folder.
  7. Copy the picture and paste it in your desired location on your computer.
Method 2 : Transfer it Via a Memory Card Reader
  1. If you have internet or GPRS enabled on your device, then you can send the photo as an email attachment to yourself.
  2. Then login to your email account through your PC and download the attachments (i.e. the picture)
  3. Save it at a preferred location on your PC.
