    Every baby has different needs though breast milk is considered best for babies but if you want to give cow milk, it is better you consult your pediatrician first. Rest there can be many reasons why baby does not sleeps properly, you can give him massage to soothe him, pacifiers also help as babies have a natural sucking instinct.

    Firstly don't panic. During bouts of colic, you can give your baby a pacifier as babies find it relaxing, you can also try binkies. Other things can be play white noise, swaddle your baby, give him/ her massage to ease out pain if any. If you think of giving massage, make sure you are doing it right way,
